According to the invention, the retainer has a body (151) which is mounted so as to be movable through the transverse hole of the collar, and a manoeuvring part which is accessible by way of the receiving seat of the receptacle and which allows the body to be moved from a first position, in which it leaves the anchoring element free to move through the axial hole of the collar, to a second position, in which it blocks the anchoring element in the axial hole of the collar.
