The device has a control device (K) controlling a magnetic field source (35) i.e. coil, generating magnetic holding force for a lid (5) and opposed to mechanical thrust. A moving part (20) includes a material having a ferromagnetic state below a critical temperature for a part. The control device is controlled such that an opening or a closing position of the lid is determined by a resulting force generated by difference between the magnetic force and the thrust, below the temperature, and intensity of the magnetic force is lower than intensity of the thrust, above the temperature.
