The device has an adjustable belt fixed on a structure of piping to receive magnets and/or a magnetizing source so as to ionize the air admitted in a combustion chamber to support osmosis mixed with ionized fuel having opposite polarity. The device and the adjustable belt are made of thermo plastic with magnetic shielding. South pole magnets (A2) and North pole magnets (A3) provide magnetization toward inner side to create one-way magnetizing. The magnets are placed in a cabin, on which an external tape is fixed by a bolt.
