The apparatus has a stretching board (b) for stretching of posterior muscle chain that is rigid and adjustable with regard to a slope. A support is arranged for supporting the stretching board. A supporting device (1) is arranged for supporting a heel that slides in rails for allowing to regulate length of the heel with regard to the stretching board. A patient is allowed to sit in upright position on the board. A fastener assembly including winches and pulleys is arranged such that anterior muscle chains are stretched in sagittal plane.
