The system has a control device (4) for controlling an activity of the depollution. A disinfection device has pulverization units (23, 24) controlled by the control device to diffuse a substance disinfecting inside an enclosure (H). The units are arranged in the enclosure to reach interior surfaces of the enclosure. Pollution sensors are coupled with the control device. The control device receives indications of a pollution level to control the system according to the indications of pollution. An indicator indicates the level of pollution and provides depollution effectiveness level.
