The armchair has a U-shaped reversed seat frame (1) connected in an upper part of the armchair. A reception fabric body (6) is fixed at an upper cross-piece of the seat frame. Shorter jambs (5) are articulated on posterior jambs (2).The seat frame is placed on the posterior jambs by pivots that are attached to rest-legs (3), where the seat frame is inclined under an action of a user by a first articulation unit (c). The rest-legs and a second articulation unit (b) are rotated around arms (4) that are located around a mounting unit by a third articulation unit (d).
