The circuit has a current generator i.e. absolute temperature generator (1), whose output current is proportional to absolute temperature of the circuit. An input of a switch (5) is connected to an output of the generator. Terminals of a resistor (2) are connected to an output of the switch and a transmitter of a PNP bipolar transistor (3). A base and collector of the transistor are connected to ground. Terminals of another resistor (4) are connected to output of the switch and the ground. Terminals of a capacitor (7) are connected to the output of the switch and the ground.
