The guide (M) has an axial boring that is provided in a rotating cylinder, where external diameter of the guide lies between 7 and 12mm, and the height of the guide lies between 10 and 20 mm. An internal diameter of the guide is provided between 1 and 4 mm. A drilling tool (F) such as drill, is adapted for boring purposes. A fixing unit cooperates with a constraint unit arranged on the drilling tool. The drilling tool is provided as a chuck that is provided with an abrasive ball. The drilling tool is provided as an indissociable instrument.
