The invention relates to a connection device for at least one end of a tube for conducting a fluid flow, comprising a body delimiting a channel having at least one receiving section of the end of the tube, the receiving section being provided with an annular sealing member arranged to surround the tube end by allowing a portion of the tube end to protrude from the sealing member towards a bottom of the section. According to the invention the centering means of the projecting portion are arranged in a zone extending between the external surface of the projecting portion, a surface of the opposite section and the sealing element, and that the centering means comprise positioning elements which are arranged to cooperate with a surface of the section and an outer surface of the projecting portion and to define at least one scanning duct of the zone having at least one entrance in the vicinity of which extends at least one deflector arranged to introduce into the flushing duct fluid diverted from the flow flowing in the device and an outlet for returning the fluid flowing in the flushing duct to the flow.
