PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely and simply extracting a lily petal component containing a flavor component without component deterioration.;SOLUTION: A lily petal component is extracted from lily petal at normal temperature by using a solution where aliphatic acid such as citric acid or tartaric acid and further ascorbic acid or α-tocopherol are added to an aqueous solution of a polar organic solvent such as 1,3-butanediol. The extraction is easily conducted in a polyethylene bag and the like. While a flower of lily is arranged, vacuum aspiration is conducted and a flavor component is collected in a cold trap set in an aspiration route or in an active charcoal column.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
