PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product loading or unloading system for an underwater sailing mother ship having superior quietness and energy efficiency, an underwater sailing mother ship having the same system and a method for using the same system.;SOLUTION: At least one linear motor device installed at a product loading or unloading system for an underwater sailing mother ship includes a fixed unit, a movable unit and a load transmittance part. The movable unit has a slider 36 constituted to be movable along an axis line of a cylinder and at least one permanent magnet 38 fixed to the slider 36. The fixed unit includes a guide 26 extending along an axis line of the cylinder and constituted to guide motion of the slider 36 and a core 28 and a coil 30 installed along the guide 26.
