PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assessment method of a female genitalia cancer that can highly accurately assess a state of a female genitalia cancer by using a concentration of an amino acid related to the state of the female genitalia cancer out of concentrations of amino acids in a blood.SOLUTION: An assessment method of a female genitalia cancer according to the present invention is configured to measure amino acid concentration data related to a concentration value of an amino acid from a blood collected from an assessment object; and assess a state of the female genitalia cancer including at least one of cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer on the basis of at least one concentration value of Thr, Ser, Asn, Gln, Pro, Gly, Ala, Cit, Val, Met, Ile, Leu, Tyr, Phe, His, Trp, Orn, Lys and Arg contained in the amino acid concentration data on the measured assessment object.
