PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail server, a mail sending/receiving method, and a mail sending/receiving program by which an e-mail sent by a sender is subject to deletion processing by the intention of the sender, and the sent e-mail can be deleted by the operation.;SOLUTION: A mail deletion server 1 includes: a deletion request information storage unit 1a that stores identification information of an e-mail requested from a sender to delete and identification information of at least one receiver of the e-mail; and an e-mail deletion processing unit 1D that updates processing for deleting from a reception mail area of the receiver an e-mail identified on the basis of the identification information of the e-mail and the identification information of the receiver stored in the deletion request information storage unit 1a, with respect to a mail server.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
