PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salt concentration adjustment device for a circulation water utilization system which can adjust a salt concentration of circulation water within a proper range, upon consideration of a novel circulation water utilization system.SOLUTION: This invention provides a salt concentration adjustment device 10 for a circulation water utilization system 1 constructed targeting a specific area, the device including salt concentration measurement means 32 that measures a salt concentration of circulation water, a circulation water discharge pipe 26 for discharging circulation water to the outside of the circulation water utilization system 1, a discharge valve 28 that opens/closes the circulation water discharge pipe 26, and a control device 20 that controls to open the discharge valve 28 when the salt concentration of circulation water measured by the salt concentration measurement means 32 exceeds a first prescribed value.
