The present invention relates to a salt water circulation and filtration system integrated with an automatic salinity and temperature control device, comprising: a pretreatment filtration device for filtering out foreign materials from wastewater; a bubble filtration device for generating microbubbles and automatically discharging, to the outside, floating foreign materials floating on the water surface along with the microbubbles; an ozone generator; an OH radical generator; a first main filtration device, a second main filtration device, and an ultra-precision filtration device; a UF ultra-precision filtration device; a UV sterilizer; an alkaline reduction device; and a salt water supply device. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the costs associated with preparing new water to replenish the consumed water or diluting wastewater to dispose of the same.
