PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a cross section situation by deposits in the crossing pipe through a communication line by disposing the communication line in the crossing pipe of an inverted siphon part of a sewer pipe without damaging a pipe port .;SOLUTION: A cross section measuring device is connected to a communication line moving with a desired tension in a crossing pipe, and having a flow rate measuring device section.
