PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a passing wire through a transverse pipe of an inverted siphon part of a sewer pipeline, and to reliably measure deposits in the transverse pipe.;SOLUTION: A cross section-measuring device includes: a frame of a device body connected to a passing wire moving with a desired tension; a measuring wing radially arranged in the frame; an angle sensor for detecting an opening angle of the measuring wing; and an attitude sensor for detecting an attitude of the device body. The measuring wing traces a surface of deposits in the transverse pipe, and accurately measures a situation in an inner surface of the transverse pipe with the movement of the passing wire based on the angle sensor and the attitude sensor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
