PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode layer for a polymer actuator element which contributes to improvement in basic characteristic of the polymer actuator element.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrode layer for a polymer actuator element comprises: a first agitation process of adding and agitating a carbon nano-tube, carbon material other than the carbon nano-tube, a base polymer, ion liquid and a part of the whole amount of a solvent required for deposition with a cast method and forming a network with the carbon material while shortening the carbon nano-tube; a dispersion process of performing ultrasonic dispersion while agitating material agitated in the first agitation process; a second agitation process of adding the remaining of the whole amount of the solvent to the material subjected to the ultrasonic dispersion in the dispersion process and further agitating it; and a deposition process of depositing the material after the second agitation process with the cast method to form an electrode layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
