PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of prediction accuracy of the manufacturing work period of a type having a low occurrence frequency.SOLUTION: The manufacturing work period predictor 100 creates a type classification logic (decision tree) that receives a manufacturing specification of an order and outputs a type on the basis of the manufacturing record data, applies the manufacturing record data to the decision tree, and classifies the products into types. Of the classified types, a type to which products less than a cutoff number belong is set an invalid type, the dissimilarity between the invalid type and each valid type is calculated, and the invalid type is merged into the valid type having the lowest dissimilarity. Then, the invalid type is handled as the valid type as a merge destination, a manufacturing work period model by type is created.
