PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a library device.;SOLUTION: A measurement unit 1a performs transport operation on an object 2a to be transported for two or more cells 2e in a magazine 2d and measures a margin Mm per cell 2e for a preset reference position Ps. A generation unit 1b generates, on the basis of the margin Mm measured by the measurement unit 1a, correction information 3 capable of correcting the reference position Ps of cells in the magazine 2d to a correction position Pc.
