PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel fluorine-containing nanocomposite particle which is a material utilizing the chemical and thermal stability of an inorganic compound and the excellent water repellent, oil repellent and antifouling properties of a fluorine compound, characterized by being derived from a low-molecular weight fluorine compound easily obtained at a low cost.SOLUTION: Employed is a fluorine-containing nanocomposite particle which is a composite material in which a fluorine compound as a water repellent component and an inorganic compound as a hydrophilic component are formed into a nano composite.
