PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform support, on the basis of arrangement of measurement instruments and a collection period, so that a power system facility plan can be created effectively.;SOLUTION: A power system facility plan support device 1 includes: a power flow calculation unit 16 for calculating an electric state of a predetermined point in a power system; a first error calculation unit 18 for calculating, as a first error, an error of the electric state depending on arrangement of a measurement instrument 6; a second error calculation unit 19 for calculating, as a second error, an error of the electric state depending on a collection period in which the electric state is collected from the measurement instrument; and a proposal information output unit 20 for outputting proposal information for supporting determination of the arrangement of the measurement instrument and collection period on the basis of the first and second errors. The power system facility plan support device 1 determines the arrangement of the measurement instrument 6 and collection period which minimize the total of the first and second errors, and provides them for a user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
