PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which it is not possible that kept message data is transmitted to a recipient (a customer of a banking institution), outputted for delivery, or made browsable in the case that the recipient is alive after a previously designated date after keeping and storing the message data that defines the customer of the banking institution designating a message depositor as the recipient from the message recipient designated from the customer of the banking institution including an insurance company, a mutual benefit society, a bank, a stock company, and a card company.;SOLUTION: The message storage system is configured such that a person who has made an access to a data storage system is determined to be a message depositor designated by a customer of a banking institution using the customer of the banking institution previously input by the customer of the banking institution and information on the message depositor, and the message is accepted only by a person who is determined to be the message depositor.
