PURPOSE: A financial transaction system and method, a financial agency server for the same, and a recording medium storing a program for the same are provided to enable financial transactions to be performed even when information on the account of a payee is not known or the account of the payee is not opened, by using other information such as cellular phone number of the payee. CONSTITUTION: A financial transaction method comprises the steps of: receiving information on a payee from a remitter terminal and performing verifying the information (S510,S515); enabling a financial agency server to open an account using the information on the payee (S520); performing remittance to the opened account from the remitter terminal (S525); enabling the financial agency server to transmit information on the opened account to the remitter terminal such that the remitter may check the information (S530) and information on the withdrawal to a payee terminal (S545); and enabling the payee terminal to connect to the relevant account and to withdraw using information on the withdrawal.
