PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an organic photosensitive optoelectronic engineering device having properties improved by design of novel substance for solving the issues related to the excitor diffusion distance.;SOLUTION: In an organic photosensitive optoelectronic engineering device containing an organic photoconductive substance containing a singlet fission host substance doped with a triplet formation substance, the amount of at least one singlet fission host substance is larger than the amount of at least one triplet formation dopant substance, the at least one singlet fission host substance is selected from a substance indicating singlet fission when the light is absorbed, and the at least one triplet dopant substance forms a triplet excitor after the light is absorbed by the dopant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
