PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire sufficient cardiac disease identification performance.;SOLUTION: A cardiac disease identification apparatus includes a heart sound data acquisition part for acquiring heart sound data between the I sound and the II sound in a heart sound of a living body, a conversion part for converting the acquired heart sound data to a frequency region, and a cardiac disease identification part for identifying a cardiac disease of the living body based on a moment of the heart sound data in the frequency region.
