PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Kendo protector which has an appearance equal to a conventional Kendo mask and has excellent water absorption and air permeability in spite of having an impact buffering function.;SOLUTION: A quilt used for the Kendo protector is obtained by the steps of: forming a laminate by laminating fabrics on the front and rear surfaces of core materials sandwiching therebetween an untanned leather softened by soaking; sewing up the laminate quilting before the untanned leather softened by soaking dries up, and forming the laminate into a predetermined shape; and holding the laminate in the predetermined shape and drying the leather softened by soaking.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
