PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of medically-useful, quick and highly-sensitive detection of mutant oncogene related to a cancer.SOLUTION: There are provided: a method for diagnosing a cancer; a method for monitoring cancer progression and/or a treatment effect of anticancer therapy in a sample of a subject by detecting an oncogene protein in microvesicle; and use of a medicine for blocking exchange of microvesicle in order to treat a cancer.
