CREAKING NOISES REDUCTION RESIN COMPONENT EXCELLENT IN APPEARANCE, COMPOSITE STRUCTURE AND REDUCTION METHOD OF CREAKING NOISES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creaking noises reduction resin component having a decorative paint film part on at least a part of surface of a base part consisting of a thermoplastic resin composition and having excellent appearance from the decorative paint film part and a part where decorative paint film part is not formed (non-decorative face) and reducing generation of creaking noises when one or both of the non-decorative face and contacting other components is transferred or deformed.SOLUTION: There is provided a creaking noises reduction resin component 10 having a base part 11 consisting of a thermoplastic resin composition having the melting point according to JISK 7121-1987 in a range of 0 to 120°C, a decorative paint film part 13 formed on a surface of the base part 11, and the base part 11 contains at least one non-decorative face 15 which has no decorative paint film part. There is also provided a creaking noises reduction resin component where the thermoplastic resin composition contains a part derived from an ethylene α-olefin rubber polymer and/or a diene-based rubber polymer in addition to a part derived from a vinyl-based resin.
