PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pier construction method and a steel pipe pile construction method in which the vertical accuracy of a bearing pile is improved and high-place work and underwater work can be eliminated.;SOLUTION: A pier construction method includes: a basic assembly step of basically assembling a reinforcing member comprising two or more bearing members extending in parallel to each other, and a connecting member for connecting supporting members adjacent to each other in the oblique direction and right angle direction to the longitudinal direction of the supporting member; a reinforcing member disposition step of sliding the reinforcing member in the longitudinal direction of a bearing pile to an outer circumferential surface of an existing first bearing pile, and disposing the reinforcing member in a predetermined height position while engaging the supporting member of one end side of the basically assembled reinforcing member with a joint provided on the outer circumferential surface of the first bearing pile; and a bearing pile placement step of sliding a second bearing pile in the longitudinal direction of the supporting member to the other end surface of the supporting member, and placing the second bearing pile in the ground, while engaging the joint provided on an outer circumferential surface of the second bearing pile with the supporting member of the other end face side of the disposed reinforcing member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
