PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color reproduction characteristic creation device and the like that have improved the accuracy of color reproduction characteristics.SOLUTION: There is provided a color reproduction characteristic creation device that includes: a color information acquisition unit 213 that acquires color reproduction characteristics of a first display device to be a reference, first color information that is used in photographing an image for measurement displayed by the first display device and a white reference image with the imaging means 21a, and displaying the photographed image for measurement on a display unit 212 of the imaging means 21a, and second color information that is used in photographing an image for measurement displayed by a second display device and the white reference image with imaging means 21a, and displaying the photographed image for measurement on the display unit 212; a first color reproduction characteristic creation unit 215 that creates the color reproduction characteristics of the imaging means 21a from the color reproduction characteristics of the first display device and the first color information; and a second color reproduction characteristic creation unit 216 that creates the color reproduction characteristics of the second display device from the color reproduction characteristics of the imaging means 21a and the second color information.
