Modeling Method of Color Reproduction Characteristics of Organic Light-Emitting Diode

There are many different types of nonstandard displays; the three primaries and the reference whites of each displays is different form the standard display ones. Moreover, the reproduction image of nonstandard display is visually different form that of the standard one. In this paper, we proposed modeling method of color reproduction characteristics of OLED on the standard display. The transformation matrix is obtained in order to reproduce the identical color that is shown in OLED through the standard display. As a result, the devised image that is shown in OLED has the phenomenon of bluish color. Using the proposed modelfing method, we confirm the reproduced color characteristics to simulation beforehand and improve the performance of an existing display. And this can be used in planning a solution for further development of new dispaly.
