PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of system synchronism phase lock loop for a semiconductor power converter capable of reducing the time required for reestablishing synchronism of phase lock loop when switching a system line.SOLUTION: The controller of system synchronism phase lock loop for a semiconductor power converter switches between a first electric power system and a second electric power system having a reference frequency different from each other according to a switching command of an electric power system and perform a system interconnection with the switched electric power system. The controller of system synchronism phase lock loop for a semiconductor power converter includes: reference frequency fixing means that, when switching the electric power system between the first electric power system and the second electric power system, forcibly fixes the reference frequency command given to the system synchronism phase lock loop controller to the reference frequency of the switching target for a predetermined period of time.
