PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a reusable process definition in one aspect.;SOLUTION: Request history about each of a plurality of businesses, each including a plurality of work and each based on a request, is accumulated in a storage unit (20). The business is separated by a control unit (18) on the basis of the request history accumulated in the storage unit into a plurality of work groups and a business service indicating the content of business and stipulating relationship between the plurality of work groups. Each of the plurality of work groups has a process definition generated therefor in which business is formalized for each work group. Information indicating the generated process definition and information indicating the business service are stored in the storage unit. It is thereby made possible to separate business into the plurality of work groups and the business service stipulating relationship between the plurality of work groups, and to generate a reusable process definition for each work group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
