PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a finite element model of filler-loaded rubber with reduced time and effort.;SOLUTION: A computer-aided method of producing a finite element model of filler-loaded rubber having a filler dispersedly distributed in a matrix rubber includes: a first step for defining a filler model 3M obtained by discretizing the filler using a finite number of elements; a second step for defining, separately from the filler model 3M, a matrix rubber model 2M obtained by discretizing space occupied by at least the matrix rubber using a finite number of elements; and a model embedding step for defining a filler-loaded rubber model 1M by superimposing the filler model 3M on the matrix rubber model 2M and imposing constraints on a boundary 9 between the filler model 3M and the matrix rubber model 2M to inhibit relative deformation thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
