PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate buying intention of a commodity, and attenuation degree of buying of a customer.;SOLUTION: An acquisition part 10 acquires an aggregate of customer buying information and an aggregate of customer browsing information, a customer interest learning processing part 32 estimates probability that a customer included in a combination of the customer and the commodity buys the commodity, for every combination of the customer and commodity. A buying intention learning processing part 34, for maximizing likelihood determined based on the customer buying information, customer browsing information, probability that the customer included in the combination of the customer and commodity buys the commodity, short period buying intention of the customer to the commodity for every combination of the customer and commodity, and storage degree indicating attenuation degree of short period buying intention for every customer, estimates the short period buying intention and storage degree for every customer, for every combination of the customer and commodity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
