PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an internal state of an evaporation tube in which liquid is evaporated by heating a side surface thereof, from a side surface opposite to the heated side surface without machining the evaporation tube.;SOLUTION: A temperature regulator 14 closely attached to an outer surface 12a of a heat flux sensor 12 heats or cools the heat flux sensor 12, and a temperature sensor 16 detects an intermediate temperature T between a radiation-side outer surface 1b of an evaporation tube 1 and the outer surface 12a of the heat flux sensor 12. A control determination apparatus 18 controls the temperature regulator 14 and determines an internal state of the evaporation tube 1 (whether a liquid membrane is present in the evaporation tube 1, for example) on the basis of a heat flux q and the intermediate temperature T.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
