PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration analysis method which analyzes vibration of a bearing device including a rolling bearing and its enclosure by a computer.SOLUTION: A vibration analysis method includes a step (S10) of inputting damage data of a rolling bearing, a step (S40) of calculating a history of displacement between inner and outer rings, which occurs on the rolling bearing by damage during rotation of a rotary shaft of the rolling bearing, by a kinetics analysis program, a step (S60) of calculating a vibration characteristic model of a bearing device by a mode analysis program, and a step (S80) of calculating a vibration waveform in a prescribed position of the bearing device by giving, to the vibration characteristic model, a history of excitation force obtained by multiplying the displacement between the inner and outer rings calculated in the step S40 by a bearing spring constant.
