PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care technique allowing any person to easily perform, which reduces the stress in a physical aspect and a mental aspect for the target of general public and accelerates their communication for solving the factors of problems that the stress could be a factor to cause not only the human relation discord but also a disturbed daily life and lead to a reduction in barometer of health.;SOLUTION: The care method is considered in the psychological view point and limited in the body parts people can surrender most to other people, the general public can provide the care adapted into the life in the daily life each other and the care method structured so that anyone can perform it easily by using narration and BGM of therapy procedures which are radio gymnastics factors.
