PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slime monitoring device capable of accurately obtaining the continuous variation of the slime adhesion state in real time, a slime monitoring method, a slime remover addition device, and a slime remover addition method.;SOLUTION: The slime monitoring device includes: a transparent flowing water pipe 26 capable of transmitting a laser beam; an obstacle 27 that is disposed in the flowing water pipe 26 and varies the flow of the water flowing in the flowing water pipe 26; a laser irradiation unit 29 for radiating a sheet-like laser beam 31 to the water flowing around the obstacle 27; an imaging unit 33 for continuously imaging the water flow around the obstacle 27 to which the sheet-like laser beam 31 is radiated, and acquiring image data; and an analysis unit 34 for analyzing the adhesion state of the slime adhering in the flowing water pipe 26 by performing the analysis on the basis of the image data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
