PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily performing order placement for a failure component of a substrate product production device.;SOLUTION: The system includes: a portable terminal device 100 having a touch panel 110 on which information is displayed and which determines to perform order placement for a failure component by operation of a worker, and a communication unit 120 which communicates with the outside; a production device control unit 550 which identifies the failure content of a substrate product production device 500; a production device communication unit 560 which transmits the failure content to the communication unit 120; and a database 200 which stores component identification information on components and a diagrams of the components associated with the component identification information. The portable terminal device 100 which has received the failure content acquires a diagram for the failure component corresponding to the failure content from the database 200 and displays the diagram for the failure component on the touch panel 110. When order placement for the failure component is determined to be performed by operation of a worker on the touch panel 110, an order placement request is transmitted to an order placement destination through the communication unit 120.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
