PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical report creation system capable of obtaining a medical report in which physiological examination results are more multilaterally shown without largely changing configurations as a whole system.SOLUTION: A server 130 connects, with examination result reports created by a plurality of physiological examination devices 121 to 125, plotting data associated with the examination result reports in which a temporal physiological change is plotted among stored physiological examination result data to create a medical report including the plotting data. Thus, it is possible to obtain the medical report in which physiological examination results are more multilaterally shown without making it necessary for a user to perform any operation of selecting the plotting data suitable for the medical report from among the huge plotting data stored in a physiological examination department system 120, and manually attaching the plotting data to the medical report, or without largely changing configurations as a whole system of a physiological examination department system 120.
