PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the orientation of reinforcement fiber in a confluent part of a fiber reinforcement concrete or a fiber reinforcement mortar before curing when cast into a formwork or the like, so as to improve the performance of a fiber reinforcement concrete member or a fiber reinforcement mortar member, with the orientation of the fiber capable of contributing to the tensile strength.;SOLUTION: A net-like partition member 9 is installed in a confluent part 6 of a fiber reinforcement concrete or a fiber reinforcement mortar before curing. When a fiber reinforcement concrete forms the confluent part, the reinforcement fiber is entangled with the net-like partition member 9, so that the orientation of the reinforcement fiber is controlled in the confluent part 6.
