PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow changing of an excavation range to suit the height of a steel sheet pile to be press-fitted, without replacing or changing an auger casing and with the same auger casing of a fixed size.;SOLUTION: The position to install an auger casing 2 or a steel sheet pile 1 may be varied in a height direction H of the steel sheet pile 1, to suit the height H of the steel sheet pile 1. Even when the height H of steel sheet piles 1 differs, an edge part of the auger casing 2 is retained within a certain range from a web 1c of the steel sheet pile 1 while excavating with an auger 33, for maintaining the relative positional relationship between the excavation range of the auger 33 and the web 1c of the steel sheet pile 1 to be press-fit constant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
