PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film for electroless plating base layers, capable of forming an electroless plating base layer in a limited space since it is necessary for wires to be placed in a space or a case limited inside a vehicle when the wires are laid and connected in electrical components, etc., inside the vehicle.;SOLUTION: A transfer film 1 for electroless plating base layers includes a base material layer 10, a release layer 20, a resin layer 30 and an adhesive layer 40 in this order. The resin layer 30 has catalysis and includes a resin capable of adsorbing a metal complex. The resin capable of adsorbing a metal complex is preferably a reducing polymer and more preferably a poly aniline composite having a substituted or unsubstituted poly aniline doped with a dopant.
