FILTER UNIT FOR REPRODUCING EDIBLE OIL, AND METHOD FOR REPRODUCING EDIBLE OIL FROM DETERIORATED EDIBLE OIL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter medium and filter unit for reproducing an edible oil capable of easy use in a convenience store and a restaurant not having a large space, which allows reproduced edible oil to be obtained by contacting a deteriorated edible oil with the filter medium, causing no generation of gas such as steam, achieving a stable operation at low cost with easy cleaning, having a compact size, excellent in operability and economical efficiency; and a method for reproducing an edible oil from a deteriorated edible oil.;SOLUTION: The filter medium for reproducing an edible oil allows reproducing the edible oil to be obtained by contacting a deteriorated edible oil at 100 to 220°C. The filter medium is dried by preheating at 100 to 850°C for removal of water components, and then a specific amount thereof is accommodated in a porous flexible container. Alternatively a specific amount of the filter medium for reproducing an edible oil is accommodated in a porous flexible container, and then dried by heating at 100 to 850°C for removal of water components. Subsequently the filter medium is vacuum packed with a gas barrier packaging material for storage in a sealed package. The filter medium is taken out from the gas barrier packaging material for use in reproduction of an edible oil.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
