PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging facility determination method configured to improve accuracy of detecting public availability of a charging facility, a charging facility determination apparatus, and a charging facility determination system.SOLUTION: Charging location information indicating a place where a battery of a vehicle 10 is charged by a charging facility, owner information indicating whether the vehicle is an individual vehicle owned by an individual or a corporate vehicle owned by a corporation, and identification information unique to the vehicle 10 are acquired from multiple vehicles 10. For every multiple vehicles 10, the charging location information, owner information, and identification information are recorded in association with each other. The charging location information included in a predetermined range is specified. On the basis of the identification information and owner information in a specified area, a use category of the charging facility indicated by the specified charging location information is determined.
