PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict an amount of consumption power.SOLUTION: An individual consumption power measurement unit 11 measures power individually consumed by a plurality of electrical apparatuses. A consumed power amount acquisition unit 12 acquires an amount of power consumed by the plurality of electrical apparatuses from a start time to the current time. A representative value information acquisition unit 14 acquires representative value information showing a representative value of power individually consumed by the plurality of electrical apparatuses for respective driving states. A consumption schedule power amount acquisition unit 15 acquires an amount of power which is scheduled to be consumed by the plurality of electrical apparatuses from the current time to an end time on the basis of the representative value information and information showing a schedule. A consumption power amount prediction value acquisition unit 16 acquires a prediction value by counting up the amount of power acquired by the consumed power amount acquisition unit 12 and the amount of power acquired by the consumption schedule power amount acquisition unit 15.
