PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a donor vector comprising a homologous sequence to a 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase (EPSPS) gene in a plant, to provide a method for introducing an exogenous nucleic acid sequence using the donor vector concerned, to provide a method for expressing the product of the exogenous nucleic acid sequence, to provide a method for stimulating intramolecular homologous recombination and a method in which a deletion sequence is replaced with an exogenous gene sequence, and to provide a transgenic plant cell and a transgenic plant obtained by the method concerned.SOLUTION: A donor vector comprises a first, a second, and a third DNA sequence, the first and the second sequences being homology to the DNA sequences of EPSPS, the first, the second, and the DNA sequence of a chromosome EPSPS containing a specific sequence, the third sequence being inserted into between the first sequence and the second sequence, and further an exogenous sequence being contained.
