PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate measurement uncertainty by allocating an independent random number group to an impact of a systematic error factor and an impact of an accidental error factor.;SOLUTION: A measurement uncertainty estimation device 100 comprises: a virtual measurement calculation part 2; and random number generation parts 11, 12. The random number generation part 11 generates a random number sequence RA. The random number generation part 12 generates a random number sequence RB. The virtual measurement calculation part 2 allocates the random number sequence RA to the systematic error factor acting to virtual measurement, and allocates the random number sequence RB to the accidental error factor acting to the virtual measurement, for executing the virtual measurement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
